- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During product launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
nude lab may offer free shipping on selected orders, bundles, or promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address information
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept the order
the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package and products received
- A description of the issue
Our team will review the request and assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
Address Changes
Address modifications can only be requested before the order has been processed and shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
