At nudelab, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we do not accept returns on products once they have been delivered.
Returns will only be considered in the following cases:
- The product was damaged during transit.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was missing from your order.
- The product was delivered in an unusable condition.
To request assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Refunds
Refunds may be approved if:
- The order was damaged during shipping.
- The incorrect item was delivered.
- The product arrived defective or compromised.
- The order could not be delivered due to an issue caused by nudelab.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Replacements
Where possible, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability and approval after review of the submitted evidence.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Taste or flavor preferences.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product quality or safety.
- Requests made outside the specified reporting period.
